When you start a subscription with Nextory, you agree to our terms of use. These state that it is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the subscription on time. Please note that we do not offer refunds for charges that occur when a subscription has not been properly canceled.
When an account is canceled, we always send a confirmation email. If you haven’t received such an email, it means that no cancellation has been registered for the account linked to your email address.
Remember, you can easily cancel your subscription via My Account. Also, double-check whether you might have another active account registered with a different email address – sometimes the email address may have been misspelled during registration.
This may be due to one of the following reasons:
- You had several accounts active at the same time.
- A payment previously failed and was therefore charged again.
Here’s how to find out the cause:
- Log in with all the email addresses you might have used – sometimes there are multiple accounts.
- Compare your bank statements to see which address each charge belongs to.
- Check in your account if a payment has failed.
If you still can’t find the reason, contact us, and we’ll help you close any duplicate accounts or figure out what happened.
If your promotion has ended and you don’t wish to continue your subscription, but you didn’t cancel it before the offer expired, we will automatically charge you for the next billing period. That’s why you see a charge on your account.
