If you've run out of hours, you can top up in two different ways:
Start your next payment cycle immediately – you'll get new hours right away and your new cycle begins immediately.
Upgrade to a subscription with more hours – you'll get more hours immediately, and the new price will apply from your next billing.
If you downgrade your subscription, you’ll keep your current one until the next billing.
The number of hours included in the trial depends on the offer you've activated, and the hours are shared between all profiles on the account. If you use up your hours during the trial, you can:
Activate your subscription immediately – your regular billing period will start, and you'll be charged for the selected subscription.
Wait for automatic activation – the subscription will start automatically when the trial ends, and you’ll only be charged then.
If you renew your hours during the free part of your campaign, the discounted period will start immediately – and its end date will be postponed accordingly.
