Information about your subscription and next payment depends on where the subscription was signed up.
To find the right information, you can start by checking who manages your subscription:
If you receive receipts from Nextory, the subscription is managed by us.
If you receive receipts from Apple or Google Play, the subscription is managed through their platforms.
If the subscription is included in a mobile subscription, it is managed by your operator.
If the subscription was signed up directly via Nextory, you can see details by logging in to My Pages.
Under Subscription and Payment the following is displayed:
Next payment date, subscription status, and end date if the subscription has been canceled.
If the subscription was signed up via the App Store or Google Play, information and management must be done through the respective platform.
There you can see the renewal date as well as manage or cancel the subscription.
If the subscription is included in a mobile subscription, it is managed by your operator.
For information about renewal date and subscription status, you need to log in to the operator’s customer pages or contact their customer service.
Make sure you are logged in with the correct account and that you are using the same email address as when the subscription was created.
You can also check who sends your receipts, as this shows where the subscription is managed.
