You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the steps below.
- Log in to My pages
- Go to Subscription & Payment and select Cancel subscription
- Follow the steps until you see a confirmation
- Confirmation: You’ll receive an email once the cancellation is complete. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
- Payment: Your subscription remains active until the next billing date. Cancel at least one day before to avoid further charges.
- Trial period: If you cancel during the trial, the service will end immediately.
Unable to cancel your subscription?
If you see the option to subscribe instead of “Cancel subscription”, you don’t have an active subscription on the email address you’re logged in with.
This can happen if:
- you don’t have an active subscription
- you have another account with a different email address
- your email address may have been entered incorrectly
In the app, you can check which email address is connected to your account under the Account tab. If you still need help, contact customer service, and we’ll assist you.
Have you been charged after canceling your subscription?
We don’t charge any fees for canceling a subscription. It’s possible that you have an agreement with a third-party provider. Learn more here.
