- Log in to My pages.
- Go to Subscription & Payment and select Cancel subscription.
- Follow the steps until you see a confirmation.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete. Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.
- Payment: Your subscription remains active until the next billing date. Cancel at least one day before to avoid further charges.
- Trial Period: If you cancel during the trial period, the service will stop immediately.
Unable to cancel the subscription?
If you are asked to subscribe instead of seeing Cancel subscription, you don’t have an active subscription with the email address you're logged in with. This could be due to several reasons:
- You don’t have an active subscription.
- If you've been charged, you may have another active subscription under a different email address. In some cases, it may be a misspelled email address.
If you're logged into the app, you can always check which email address is connected to your account in the Account tab in the app. If you still experience issues, please contact customer service, and we’ll help you find the correct login details and cancel your subscription.
Have you received an invoice even though you have canceled your subscription?
We do not charge for canceling subscriptions. You may have entered an agreement with a third-party company. Learn more here.
