There are third-party companies that offer paid services to cancel subscriptions. Nextory does not cooperate with these companies, and we never charge a fee to cancel a subscription. If you have received an invoice from a third-party company, this has occurred entirely outside of our operations, and you have no debt to us.
At Nextory, protecting our customers’ personal data is very important to us. We follow strict security procedures to safeguard this information and ensure that only authorized personnel have access. This means we are particularly cautious when an external party tries to access or handle customer data. We only proceed with such requests once we have fully verified the identity of the requestor.
We have received reports that some of these companies may:
Send invoices or charge for services you have not ordered.
Be unclear or misleading about costs.
Be difficult to reach for questions or disputes.
In some cases, threaten with debt collection even if you dispute the charge.
An example is Termination Experts, formerly known as Bymetis.
If you believe you may have inadvertently signed up with one of these companies, we recommend contacting the consumer protection agency for guidance on next steps.
We apologize if you have encountered this situation and hope this information clarifies any questions.
