Our subscriptions follow a 30-day billing cycle, which means that payment is made every 30 days from the registration date.
We only offer monthly payments, which means that it is not possible to pay for an entire year in advance. The subscription continues automatically every month until it is canceled. We accept payments via VISA, American Express and Mastercard/Eurocard. Depending on what market you are in, there might be other payment methods which can be seen in the final step of the registration process.
How are payments handled?
Payment processing is done through our security partner who is PCI certified, ensuring that your payments are handled securely. All information is sent encrypted directly to your bank, and we do not store any card details with Nextory.
If a payment fails
It's important to make sure that your card has enough funds on the due date to cover the subscription cost. If a payment fails several times in a row, your account will be temporarily closed. You will be notified by email and can easily reactivate your account by logging in to My pages.
