Has your payment failed? This could be due to several reasons.
Please make sure that:
- Your card is enabled for online purchases
- There are sufficient funds in the account from which the payment will be made
- Your card is valid
- You haven't blocked direct debit payments in your online banking
We always make multiple attempts after a failed payment, and your Nextory account will not be closed immediately after one failed payment. A new attempt will be made automatically within a few days. If the payment fails repeatedly, your account will be closed. You will receive an email notification and can reactivate your account by logging in to My pages. All your books are saved in your history.
