Books in the Nextory app are displayed under specific categories, such as Fiction, Romance, or Kids (ages 9–12). These categories are determined by the metadata delivered to Nextory, specifically through Thema codes & Age qualifiers provided in ONIX..
If you notice that a book appears in an incorrect category, please first verify that the Thema codes included in the metadata delivery are correct.
Please note that it may take some time from when the changes have been uploaded to the distributor until Nextory updates the information. However, this happens automatically and there is no need to contact Nextory in such cases.
In certain cases, the Nextory Content Team may adjust Thema codes, for example if qualifiers are objectively not appropriate for the content.
