Publishers and distributors can deliver content to Nextory via FTP, API, or the Publisher Portal.
After uploading new content, please note that it may take some time before the title becomes available in the Nextory service.
Processing time and delays
Content availability is not immediate after upload
Delays of several hours may occur, especially when content is delivered via partners
This is due to the large volume of data Nextory processes on a daily basis
As a first step, you can verify whether the book is available by checking the Nextory website. You may also verify the status of the book in the Publisher Portal.
If the book is still not available after 24 hours
If a title is not visible after one day, please verify the following:
1. Media file issues
The most common problems include:
Cover image file size is too large

One or more media files (tracks) are corrupted
For example, a file with 0 bytes
2. Metadata issues
Incorrect or incomplete metadata
Metadata codes that prevent Nextory from ingesting the content correctly

Once media files and metadata have been verified and corrected, you may re-deliver the content or contact Nextory Content Support for further assistance.
