Here you will find help if your trial period is not working as expected, for example if your account appears inactive, if you have not received a confirmation email, or if you have reached a limitation during the trial period.
If you have registered your payment details but your account shows as inactive, the activation may be incomplete or linked to another account.
Check the following:
• Have you received a confirmation email?
• Are you logged in with the correct email address?
• Is there an active subscription visible on My pages?
If you do not see an active trial period, we recommend that you contact customer service before trying to register again.
If you have not received a confirmation email after registration:
• Check your spam and promotions folder
• Search for emails from Nextory
• Try logging in to My pages
• Try resetting your password
If you can log in and see an active subscription, it means the trial period is already underway.
⚠️ Do not try to register again immediately, as this may result in multiple subscriptions being created.
For some trial periods on Unlimited subscriptions, there is a limit of up to 20 hours of reading or listening during the trial period itself.
When this limit is reached, you cannot continue using the service until your regular subscription starts.
This is part of the terms for certain offers and does not mean there is anything wrong with your account.
You can check what applies to you in the confirmation email or on My pages.
If you try to start the trial period multiple times without checking if a registration has already gone through, there is a risk that you will create multiple subscriptions.
Before trying again:
• Check if you can already log in
• Check if you have received a confirmation email
• Check subscription status on My pages
If you are unsure, contact customer service and we will help you check the status before you try again.
