During the trial period, you can read and listen for free. It starts on the same day you create your account and activate your offer.
To see exactly when your trial period started, check the confirmation email you received upon registration. It states which subscription you chose that will take effect after the trial period ends and when your first payment will be made. The email text indicates that the trial period is valid until a certain date, but not including that date. You can also log in to My pages to see when your trial period ends and if it is time-limited.
For some subscriptions, such as Unlimited via trial period, there may be a limit on how many hours you can read or listen during the trial period itself. The terms for this are shown when you activate the offer.
When you start the trial period, you register your payment details. This allows you to continue using Nextory without interruption after the trial period ends. You will then be charged automatically according to the subscription you chose at registration.
If you do not want to continue your subscription after the trial period and want to avoid being charged, you need to cancel the subscription no later than the last day of the trial period. You can easily do this by logging in to My pages.
If you want to cancel via customer service, you need to contact us at least two days before the trial period ends.
If you cancel during the trial period, your access to the service ends immediately – you will not be able to continue reading or listening.
However, you can reactivate your trial period at any time, as long as it is still before the last trial day and no charge has been made.
Keep in mind that the end date of the trial period does not change even if you reactivate – it still applies until the original date.

If you have a trial period via an offer, there may be special terms, such as time limits or limited usage during the trial period. Your chosen subscription will automatically take effect after the trial period ends, unless you cancel before then.
