During the trial period, you can read and listen for free. It starts on the same day you create your account.
To see exactly when your trial period started, check the confirmation email you received upon registration. There, you will find details about the subscription you selected, which will start after the trial period ends, and when your first payment will be made. The email states that the trial period is valid until a specific date, but not including that date. You can also log in to My pages to check when your trial period ends and whether it is time-limited.
When you start the trial period, you enter your payment details. This ensures that you can continue using Nextory without interruption after the trial period ends, and you will be charged according to the subscription you selected.
If you do not wish to continue your subscription after the trial period and want to avoid being charged, you need to cancel no later than the last day of your trial. You can easily do this by logging in to My pages.
If you prefer to cancel via customer service, please contact us at least two days before the trial ends.
If you cancel during the trial, your access to the service will end immediately – you will no longer be able to read or listen.
However, you can reactivate your trial at any time, as long as it is still before the final day of the trial and no payment has been made.
Please note that the end date of the trial does not change even if you reactivate – it remains the original date.
You can always check your next billing date on My pages.
If you have a trial period through a promotional offer, it may have time limitations. This means that your selected subscription will automatically begin after the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
All information about the offer terms is shown during the registration flow when you activate the campaign – we recommend reviewing it carefully.
Please note that if you already have an active subscription, you won’t be able to use the offer. Our offers are only available to new and returning customers.
