How does the right of withdrawal work?
According to the Distance Contracts Act (DAL), you have the right of withdrawal when you sign up for a subscription with Nextory. The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the day you register as a member and gain access to our services. During this period, you have the right to download, test, and explore the app at no cost.
Important to note: The right of withdrawal is forfeited only when you start using the service by reading or listening to an e-book or audiobook.
Withdrawal period
The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day you register and gain access to Nextory’s services, whether you sign up for a trial period, through a promotion, or a regular subscription.
How do I use the right of withdrawal?
If you wish to cancel your purchase, contact Nextory’s customer service before the withdrawal period expires and provide:
- The email address associated with the account
- That you want to exercise your right of withdrawal
- The date you registered
