Check your internet connection
Make sure your device is connected to a stable internet network. An unstable or weak connection may interrupt the download process and cause incomplete files.
Allow downloads in app settings
Go to your profile page → Download Settings → make sure downloads are allowed.
Check your storage space
Ensure you have enough free space on your device.
A 10-hour audiobook requires approximately 300 MB of free space.
Insufficient storage can prevent downloads from completing.
Longer audiobooks take proportionally more time to download.
Confirm the download
Once a book has finished downloading, it will appear under “Downloaded.”
Platform differences
Download speeds may vary depending on your device.
Android devices have been observed to download more slowly than iOS devices.
Hard logout effect
If you perform a hard logout (logging out manually or switching to a different account), all downloaded titles will be removed from your device.

Delete the app, restart your device, and reinstall the app. This often resolves most download-related issues.
