We want to make it easy for you to take advantage of your offer! Here are the two most common ways:
1. If you have received a link
Have you received a link from the page where the offer was shown? Click the link and you will be taken directly to the offer on our website.
2. If you have received a promo code
Have you received a code? Click here to redeem your promo code and activate the offer.
⚠️ When you cancel the subscription, the account remains active until the next billing date. Offers and codes cannot be used during that time.
Is the link or code not working?
There can be several reasons why the link or code is not working.
Our campaigns are only valid for new or returning customers who do not currently have an active subscription with us.
If you are logged into an account with an active subscription, it is not possible to activate a new offer.
If you have recently canceled your subscription, the account remains active until the next billing date.
Check which account you are logged into via Nextory’s website so that the offer is linked to the correct email address.
If you received an offer via email, it only applies to the account linked to that email address.
Some offers require both a link and a code. Check the email or campaign where you received the offer.
If no code is provided, contact customer service and we will assist you further.
Some offers are only valid in specific countries or regions. Make sure you are in the correct market.
If you have already been charged for a new period, the offer cannot be used immediately.

Do you have an offer through any of our partners?
Have you taken advantage of an offer through any of our partners in Sweden (Coop, Norwegian, KLM Flying Blue, SJ)? Read more about how to activate them here .
SJ
If you have redeemed SJ points for a Nextory offer, you will receive a promo code via SJ. Here is how to activate it:
- Make sure you do not have an active Nextory subscription.
- Go to the page to redeem promo codes.
- Enter the code exactly as it appears.
- Log in with the correct email address.
- Check on My Pages that the subscription is active.
Coop
Offers via Coop are activated via a link in the Coop app or on their website.
Norwegian and KLM (Flying Blue)
Offers are activated via a link in their respective app or website.
My code from a campaign partner does not work
Promo codes from external partners, such as McDonald's, have an expiration date and are only valid during the campaign period. If your code shows as invalid or expired, the campaign may have ended.
Check the information where you received the code. If it should be valid, contact customer service.
I redeemed a code but my account still looks incorrect
This may be because:
- You had an active subscription at the time of redemption.
- The app has not updated — log out and back in again.
- The code applies to a different subscription type.
If the problem persists, contact customer service and provide your email address and the code.
