If you're having trouble logging in, there are several steps you can follow to try to resolve it:
- Reinstall the app: Delete the Nextory app from your device and download it again from the App Store or Google Play. Then try logging in again.
- Reset your password: See more here on how to reset your password.
- Check your email address: If you're unsure which email address you used when registering, try logging in with different addresses you own. You can also test them on the password reset page.
If none of your email addresses work, it might be that you misspelled your email when registering. Contact customer service, and we'll help you.
