How can I view my payment history?
You can access your payment history by logging into your account on our website and navigating to Payment History in the Subscription & payment section..
Here you’ll find:
- A list of past payments
- Your current subscription plan
You can also check your payment method, whether you’re billed by Nextory or via a third-party provider, and your upcoming payment date under the Subscription & payment tab.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime by visiting your account settings on the web.
- You'll continue to access Nextory until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You can cancel your subscription via My Pages on the website, and you won't need to involve your bank.
- Want to change your billing date? Just cancel and restart your subscription on your preferred date.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are typically issued only for unauthorized charges or technical issues. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more information. If you believe you're eligible, contact our customer support team through the chat.
ℹ️ Please don’t initiate a refund via your bank.This will put your subscription on hold and can delay the resolution process.
Billing through third-party providers
Klarna
If you subscribed using Klarna, check the Klarna app for your invoice details.
💡 Note: If you chose "Pay later" (e.g., a 30-day invoice), the billing date shown in Klarna may differ slightly from the one on your Nextory account.
Trustly
Payments made via Trustly will appear in your bank’s payment history under Trustly’s name.
You can still manage your subscription by logging into your account on our website.
