How can I view my payment history?
You can access your payment history by logging into your account on our website and going to Payment History under the Subscription and Payment section.
Here you will find:
- Your previous payments
- Your current subscription
You can also check your payment method – whether you are billed by Nextory or through a third-party provider – as well as the date of your next payment under the Subscription and Payment tab.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the settings in your account on the web.
- You will continue to have access to Nextory until the end of your current billing period.
- You can cancel your subscription through My Pages on the website, and you do not need to contact your bank.
- Want to change your billing date? Simply cancel and restart your subscription on the date you prefer.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are normally only given in cases of unauthorized charges or technical errors on our part. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
⚠️ Please do not initiate a refund through your bank. This pauses your subscription and may delay processing.
Billing via third-party providers
Trustly
Payments made via Trustly appear in your bank’s payment history under the name Trustly. You can still manage your subscription by logging into your account on our website.
Frequently Asked Questions about Charges
If you were charged after a cancellation, first check if you received a confirmation email from us. Without confirmation, the cancellation was probably not completed and the subscription has remained active — meaning the charge is correct.
Also check if you might be logged in with the wrong email address. The subscription could be on another account.
If you are unsure, log in to My Pages and check your subscription status and payment history.
This could be because the subscription is registered under a different email address than the one you are currently using. Try logging in with other email addresses you may have used when registering.
You can also check if the subscription is managed via a third-party provider such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Klarna, or your mobile operator — in which case it will not appear directly in Nextory and must be managed through that service.
If, after these checks, you still cannot find any subscription, contact customer service with the charge date, amount, and the last four digits of the card that was charged. We will help you trace where the charge came from.
Charges for periods during which the subscription was active are normally not eligible for refunds. This applies even if the service was not used during that period.
If you want to avoid future charges, cancel the subscription via My Pages as soon as possible. You will retain access to the service until the end of the period.
If you were charged and believe your trial period should still be active, check the start date of the trial period in your confirmation email or on My Pages.
If the charge occurred before the trial period expired, contact customer service and provide your account’s email address and the charge date so we can investigate.
