Has your payment failed? This can be due to several different reasons.
Please make sure that:
the card is open for online purchases
There is enough money in the account to be debited.
Your card is valid
That you have not denied direct debit payments in your online bank.
We always make several attempts after a failed charge, and your Nextory account will not be closed all at once after a failed payment attempt. A new attempt will be made automatically within a few days. If the payment fails repeatedly, your account will be closed. You will be notified by email and can reactivate your account by logging in to My Pages. All your books are saved in your history.
