If reading or listening in the app does not work properly, you can first try closing the app and starting it again or restarting your device. You can also try deleting the app completely from your device and then reinstalling it.
Make sure you have enough free internal memory on your device. If you log in via www.nextory.se, you can check that your account is active and that charges are made as they should be under My Pages.
